Project Details:
I worked closely with team at Executive Networks to understand their goals for the conference, After discussions and a site walkthrough, I recommended a video and photo solution that would remain within budget while capturing every element they needed. I directed the photo and video team during the event and helped direct the editor on building the same-day edit that was presented to the whole event on the final day.
What were the challenges?
The biggest challenge was producing a same-day edit that would be shown to the full conference on the final day. I pulled in an editor to assist with building the edit as the team shuttled footage to him through the day. During a few spare moments, I pulled some sound bites to use while my editor organized the B-Roll into an assembly cut. Once we had approved music, we layered everything in and had the video ready within 6 hours of the start time.
