Type: Narrative Series / Social Media Satire
Status: - Production (wrapped Nov. 2025)
 &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; - Post Production (in Progress)

Director: Will Jacobs
Logline:
1998 is a social media series following the innocent-minded late-20 year old&#38;nbsp; 90s dude, Brent St. James. Mixing a parody of 90s TV shows with 90s nostalgia content, the series pokes fun at the era's simplistic moralism and the wacky trends that consumed the decade.

Synopsis:&#38;nbsp;This multi-episode series (approx. 40 segments, 1-2 minutes each) explores the world through the eyes of Brent St. James. The series tackles the important topics of the 90’s, like racism, gay rights, Blockbuster and feminism—all handled "very, very poorly" by its well-meaning but oblivious protagonist.
This project was shot in 9 days in West Orange, NJ. The project was shot/framed vertically for social platforms (Instagram/TikTok). The visual inspirations for this project were Melrose Place, 90210, and General 90’s Sitcoms.&#38;nbsp;

Role:

cinematographer&#38;nbsp;

		<description>THE RED LINE - WHERE WINE IS FREEDOM - GEORGIAN WINE DOCUMENTARY

Client: Free the People

Type: Documentary / Travel
Location: Republic of Georgia

Synopsis:&#38;nbsp;An immersive look into the 8,000-year-old winemaking traditions of Georgia. Journeying into the Caucasus region, this documentary explores the ancient qvevri method—fermenting wine in clay vessels buried underground—and the families who have kept this UNESCO-recognized tradition alive for centuries. The film captures the intersection of history, culture, and viticulture in the "Cradle of Wine."
Roles:

		<description>A24 TRAILER&#38;nbsp;

Type: Trailer / Parody&#38;nbsp;

Director: Will Jacobs
Synopsis:&#38;nbsp;A stylized parody that pokes at the mundane aesthetic popularized by A24. This trailer leans heavily into atmospheric tension, small-town visuals, and cryptic dialogue to create a sense of anxiety over nothing.

The challenge of this project was&#38;nbsp; to mimic the specific cinematic style of an A24 film. I did this by utilizing a floating handheld camera, shooting wide open on a f1.2 aperture and taking advantage of natural lighting when we found something we liked. In post, I leaned into the A24 look by desaturating the image and reducing the red/blue channels, while protecting the skin tones.
It performed well on social media and was applauded for its accurate portrayal of modern, dogshit A24 film.

Type: Commercial / Social Spot
Client: Casper

Synopsis:
The Casper 3.0 campaign celebrates their brand redesign and new mattress offerings. They wanted a sleek, product-focused spot highlighting the technical features of the new mattress line through dynamic motion graphics and 3D assets.
Project Background:Casper’s creative team had multiple animated concepts they wanted to try in 2024. I worked with their creative director to build a visual project plan based on their requirements. I took those plans and built four animation concepts for the campaign.
Production Notes:

One of the concepts was to parody an iPhone reveal, which required a 3D version of the mattress, which we did not have. I hired a 3D compositor to take product photography shots and projection map them seamlessly into a 3D model of the mattress. He animated the concepts and I imported them into After Effects for final lighting adjustments.
